My neighborhood is just a lovely place. Can't leave your house at night without imagining those darkened windows concealing the man training his sights on you. Drugs thrive, plenty of busts and not-so-busts, and no one smiles.
Second cloudiest city in America, at that.

Speaking of my lovely neighbors, some wonderful person decided that today would be a great day to blow up the street in front of a church. And then some of the street I live on. Pipe bomb style.
I would be surprised if this wasn't NY state.
Gotta remember to mount that sentry gun above my front door...

There was a murder, and I'm being completely serious, about 5 blocks from my house a while ago. A man kidnapped a pregnant woman and her husband, beat the husband to death, did unspeakable things to the woman, and left her tied to a chair. Then he set the house on fire.
She got away, somehow. Thank God.
And people wonder why I'm not social. That guy you just had a happy conversation with could be a mass murderer.
Though this may just be NY. I WANNA GO HOME.
