Learn to love the writing, of telling a story that you want told, and not the recognition that comes with it. When skill and passion atrophy, write for yourself, and in time, you'll inspire others.

    Calling all my Former Proofreaders

This goes out to everyone who has helped me with my stories these past few years. Firstly, thank you so much, I could never have gotten as far as I have without you. You've been inspirational, a pick-me-up, and oftentimes good friends when it came to what I was writing and dealing with, as have all the fans who have read my works. Again, I thank you all for being there with me through

    Major Update

Wow, it's been nearly a year since my last blog post. Time sure has flown this year, what with two jobs, a lot of work on some of my stories, and a great deal of time spent trying to make sure it all comes together.

    Commissions and Rules

Should I take them? I have been contacted in the past concerning them, though decided against it at the time, and would be tickled pink if people actually wanted me to do such. However, I would likely have a few ground rules.

A Surprise · 1:20pm Feb 8th, 2014

Well, I can't believe I'm saying this, but.... I've hit 300 followers. I honestly never thought I'd make it this far in this fandom, what with all the other talent on this site. Seriously, there's a lot of talent here, and frankly I'm glad to be a part of it.

As it is, I will be temporarily not writing White Squall at the moment in favor of writing Solar Embrace. I wish to have it done within a few weeks and as such will focus almost entirely on just that one story. There's only four chapters left and once the story is complete, I'll take a break from that "series" for a while.

If there are any questions, you know where to leave them. Until next time, cheers, and thank you all so much for your support!

Congrats buddy!

Why be surprised when you've done such a good job?

1810264 Well, I've had my share of difficulties, most of which being rather nasty comments on some of my stories/comments/reviews, depressing reasons why my fics were rejected from groups, losing work due to computer errors, and perhaps most of all, this fandom's high standards. I don't mind the standards, but really, I never expected to become as "popular' as I am now.

I mean, I've thought of it, but never really believed it until now.

Well I've faced the same problems, in fact one of the first comments on my biggest story was a rather nasty and lengthy hate statement via the infamous Theater Critic. I've sent in several of my tales into groups like 'Twilight's Library' but they have been rejected for reasons I have still yet to learn. My computer went down on me and I lost over 50,000 words of work... Even with all that I've pushed on, now I'm where I'm at... and on account that you're better than me I see it as no surprise that you've made it this far and all I can say is... I see you going even farther.
