Elder Scrolls V: Hearthfire

There's the DLC title you were looking for, Bethesda.
And I've been drinking with some close friends. Wish you were here! Hell, we could have had a blast...
This is why I don't have
FarmvilleHearthfire.1623360 Can someone also explain to me that with a Heavy Armor Skill of 100 and a set of Exquisite-upgraded Daedric Armor, that a Revered Dragon can force me to spam a healing spell, then it flies and lands somewhere else and COMPLETELY GETS DESTROYED by a Draugr Death Overlord, an enemy that really gives me no trouble?
Seriously, the fucker takes off, lands further down the mountain, and I see his heath bar drop like Rainbow Dash's panties. 6 hits, he was gone.
Luckily, I got the soul.
1623363
Rainbow Dash wears panties now?
...I guess, after the whole Shattered Elements thing, anypony would.
As to the question, I don't know what kind of enemies you have (I don't have Dragonborn or an ultra high-level character) or your character is. I could attribute it to different combat styles that mesh better or worse with what works for your character setup, if I knew more.
Also, achievements, hehe. I got all 50 vanilla achievements before the game's first Christmas, IIRC. Mighta been what burned me out.
probably the same way my char wearing light armor with only 50 points into it(legendary twice) I'm untouchable
aka, legendary Dragonscale enchanted to prevent magic damage
Hearthfire was complete shit. I barely use it because I don't need kids to annoy my shit when I return home, and building the house and furnishing the inside is boring as fuck. Honestly, I'd take a third story DLC over Hearthfire.
1623383 Heh. Still have a few vanillas to go after.
21 pockets to pick, some daedric artifacts to find, and I hear the thieves guild restoration achievement is a boring grindfest,
1623393
It is. You won't enjoy it.
As for the picking thing, it helped that I was a Breton that turned into a Thief on my first playthrough.
Also, the guild restoration will help with your picking. Fishing work!
1623393
Also, Hircine's daedric artifact quest helps your artifact count if you're not using various mods that fix it; vanilla, you can get both possible rewards for it. I think. It's been a while since I played without the Unofficial Skyrim Patch (which fixes the exploit).

Probably because the "Dragons" (*cough* Wyverns *cough*) in Skyrim were implemented terribly and are unfortunately not the terrifying beasts the game touts them to be(in my opinion), at least on normal difficulty. Granted, I still played the hell out of the game, but I kind of feel burnt out. If every dragon fight in skyrim was a bit more like Kalameet from Dark Souls, I think I would feel a bit more excited/intimidated by the things. Granted, early on they can be a pain, especially without ranged attacks.
1623411 No that's the thing. This was only my 2nd Revered Dragon encounter, and it had me on the ropes. Then it took off, landed farther down, where a Draugr Death Overlord was, and got completely THRASHED in 6-7 hits, before I even got there. I have NEVER seen a Dragon's health go down that fast.
And it was by an enemy that I've faced multiple times already, as I'm level 66.
1623410 I'm playing the Xbox 360 version.
I bought it for PC first off of Steam back on release, but my gaming laptop had 2009 high-end specs, and couldn't quite handle Skyrim.
1623417 Level 66? Damn, I've clocked over 450 hours on my Argonian and I'm only level 51.
1623417
Hmm.. draugr with greatsword or warhammer and no sense of self-preservation could do a lot of damage before going down. Dragon lands, starts growling, breathing, and so on. Draugr goes "I'm not taking this shit from you!" and power attacks a couple of times? Monster damage is way over player damage usually, especially on Master difficulty.
1623430 I just hope I don't have to fire up another character and get them to Level 30 to do all the Daedric quests, just in case I missed something or something bugged.
1623417
No I understand that, I just kind of got really off topic with a tangent about the dragons heh. How much damage does Draugr Death Overlords do to you at that point by chance? Perhaps dragons are just weak to some of the abilities the Death Overlords can pull out? Unsure frankly.
1623421
It appears the "issue" exists on all platforms. Here.
1623435>>1623433
Aaaand that moment of realization that in going after the Child Adoption achievement, you replaced your Alchemy Lab with a Child's Room...thus destroying my Alchemy lab...where I kept my Daedra hearts...
1623436
indeed.
1623433 The high level draugr are a mystery.
The ones with the melee weapons I can handle.
But if I get fus-ro-dah'd, one with a bow kills me in 2-3 hits, before the geting-up animation even finishes.
Magic is a joke in Skyrim. One mage with frost can pretty much ensure your death. He slows you so you can't catch up to him, he drains your stamina so you can't sprint to him and do power attacks and they blast it as if they have 5000 magicka.
1623477
And if you're a mage, the electricity ones eat you alive.
Thief archer ftw.
1623484
Those lightning/electricity mages are the sole reason I put some magic resistance on my equipment.
I'm Skyrimming (why does that sound dirty?) on PC.
I just went Nord, Daedric Armor, 1hand sword + sheild combo. nothing survives.
1623678 My normal style of fighting is conjuring a Dremora Lord from the left, switching off to a restoration spell in the left, and a conjured sword in the right. I'm leveling Light Armor, and I keep Heavy Armor at 100 just in case there is a boss I need serious protection from.
1623704
If you were using PC i would reccomend the Daedric Assassin Armor from the steam workshop as its a light Armor version.
ATM i'm using Akavari Samurai Armor. as its a nice heavy steel set so it makes a great start. Also got a katana to complete the image. for mage combat I use my Twilistaff (staff of Twalot) <thats the ingame name for some reason

I have Skyrim on PS3. I was happy to get DLC in the first place.
It becomes useful after 180+ hour on a level 79 dovakiin. (who became glitched)
Then you accidently delete your other 200+ hour dragonborn.
I need a PC
Trust me when I tell you that when you play 30 hours of Fallout: New Vegas straight with trying to get 100% completion, and then you decide to play Skyrim, that is when the death spree arrives and the annoyingly long walks and gameplay. I hate Skyrim
