Daring Do Star.... a proud adventurer, an epic hero, a pony who went on many adventures. You've known she was North Star's idol for a long time, dear readers, but you could never have possibly guessed just how connected the two adventurer ponies really are. We've long known that author A.K. Yearling was the direct ancestor of our Dream Castle archeologist and adventurer- North has many of the mare's notes and belongings in her possession- but to discover that that great heroine's only descendant is also her greatest fan in the modern era, and the pony most like her... well, when we translated the part of the Harmony's bearer's journal that revealed this little fact... well, let's just say our little pink adventurer hasn't come out of her euphoric state she's been in for five days. She was elated to learn that Daring Do was just an alias that her ancestor went on adventures under, and now has even more motivation to go on her adventures. I will report more on this information as it is translated.

Of course I'm real, or at least real enough to get fan mail from a Dashbow Rain. Thank Concordia she hasn't discovered who my daughter is, poor Ditzy would never get a moment's rest. While I'm not completely like my fictional self, I am still up to talk shop with a fellow archeologist.

Or a pseudonym if you prefer, real or not at least your world's version of myself helped inspire archeologist. That was my goal when Twilight Velvet approached me to use my work as a basis for the series.
