A Little Competition

So, I just released Training His Relief, a Spike/Shining Armor BroFic I have been working on for a few weeks. There is a story behind this, oddly enough.

One quiet day in the Twilight's Library Skype chat, I happened to throw a story idea at the Sponge King of the Feature Box (I speak of RainbowBob, of course). I always liked the idea of Spike and Shining Armor having a kind of sibling relationship, but I have very rarely seen it (all I can recall are the early chapters of 'Zenith' by The Descendent).

A day or so later, Draconian Soul mentions that he had an idea for a similar fic, and that stoked my fires of inspiration. Time to do things the way only a veteran can do them, military style! Over the past few weeks, we've been writing, editing and tweaking these stories to give a little love to the ignored males of the FiM universe. You can find Soul's story over here:
