Two things to note · 5:45pm Aug 9th, 2013
I want to do something with this blog post, but considering how long it's been since I've done anything here, I want to get something out of the way first.
First of all, I'm fine. It took months of self discovery and God knows how many days of feeling bad for myself/trying to get any support I could from others, but I think I'm better now.
It turned out that something was bothering me a hell of a lot more than I thought. I was one of those guys who did like Magical Mystery Cure when it first came out, but the drama around it kept me scared to watch it. Probably because I know some guys personally that left the fandom over it completely, and a few friendships that I saw myself that were ended over it. All in all, I feared I couldn't seperate the drama from the episode, and watching it would only remind me.
But I watched it a couple of days ago anyways. It was difficult, I'll admit, but once I did, I loved the episode. Sorry for the guys who hated it, but it probably now ranks among my top ten favorite of the show to date. I just love it for what it was aiming for, and the songs were amazing. Especially Celestia's Ballad and I've Got To Find A Way.
Yeah, not going to lie, I think this weighing down on me was why I reacted so strongly to the backlash against KOTD's ending. I can't finish it even if I wanted to, because my PC got a virus, but now I might actually consider it. But please don't count this as "i'm going to do it" because I'm still not sure. Act as if I just said no again.
Now then...here's the reason why I wanted to post.
A close friend of mine, Salnalus, just opened up a new group for FIMFiction. It's a group I thought would exist by now, but it didn't until he made one. It's for the Spa Twins Aloe and Lotus, and the group is named...well, Spa Ponies.. It just opened up yesterday, and he should have a story for it soon.
Not sure if this matters to you, but it does have a clop section. There's other stories you could probably find that are non-clop as the group grows, but I should mention that too.

Glad to see you back, I also loved MMC, and I have to find a way was one of the best songs of the entire series.
And about KOTD, if you think that you can finish it, then do it, but don't force yourself if you can't.

Glad to hear you're doing better, and I am one of the people who enjoyed the episode, too. The songs were all great (I've Got to Find a Way is now one of my favorite MLP songs), a great way to execute the story. The whole Twilacorn thing, I couldn't care less for. Either way, nice to hear you're back on your feet.

I am admitting to loving Magical Mystery Cure as well. All those Princess Twilight haters, well... haters gonna hate. There's nothing we can do about it, really.
