Pretty much what the title says really.
I've been blowing off some steam for a few days, watching Supernatural from the pilot onwards, playing on Pokemon Soul Silver, yelling my head off when the Chansey I've been trying to find for an hour (For a Lucky Egg) gets hit with thief and then doesn't give me the FUCKING ITEM BECAUSE ABSOL WAS HOLDING A SILK SCARF!!!
Ahem...
Basically I've been on a little break, but now I'm back!
I've almost finished the first chapter/story/chronicle. Forgive me for how long it is, I was aiming for around 1500-3000 words but it sort of...reached 6299...and I'm still going XD
Not every chronicle will be that long if I have anything to say about it...but knowing me they probably will be :(

The audio diary's felt a little silly to me. So they'll just be a sort of...spoiler for what's to come when I eventually write that story.
I would do more...but like I said, I felt silly doing them, and I don't think many people liked my "Amazing voice acting"

Uhm. If the ponies in the past world spoke in a language Alex could understand easily and speak as well, then Luna is not speaking in that.. old way.
So if you want to represent her correctly then she should, no, she MUST speak in the normal dialect.
She only spoke in that way in her episode, because, well, she had no social skills and a thousand years long lack of information about how royalty behaves.
So she did the thing she was used to when talking to the 'peasants'.

I usually slake my thirst of such things over at Anon in Equestria, at 4Chan, but to see them on FiMFic is good, too.
What did I tell ya, man? You don't do one-shots. Nothing to be ashamed of. Last (and only) true* one-shot I tried ended up being 50 pages (on MS Word, as a .txt file) with over 20,000 words, and I wasn't even halfway done (more like between 1/3 and 1/4).
*NOTE: By which I mean, a story that isn't a simple tribute.
