It's true, I got strongarmed into taking on all sorts of extra work this week, so chapter 26 is going to have to wait until Friday to get posted. But hey, at least it's not a two-week delay like last time. Remember that shit? Bleh.
All the remaining chapters now exist as fetal rough drafts, but they'll require hours of loving care and rewrites before they're ready to be posted. But the more I refine things, the more I realize that there's just too much story here to wrap up in just three more chapters, unless I want to make those chapters really bloated and indistinct.
So, guess what? Remember when I said A Silver Sky would end at Chapter 28? I LIED.
THE FINAL CHAPTER WILL BE CHAPTER 29. YEP, YOU ALL GET AN EXTRA WEEK OF THIS SILLINESS.
And this time I can confidently say that this chapter count will not change, as (very rough) drafts of all remaining chapters now exist.
"Ugh! What is WITH this Ham guy? First he says Thursday updates but keeps pushing them to Fridays, then he says this story is going to end on chapter 28 but now it's chapter 29! At this rate it's going to end on chapter 512, and it'll be published on Christmas after he promises an update on Halloween!"
