I suppose I could ramble on about not being able to sleep again, but that's boring. Have some art instead!
So. This was a spur of the moment creation for Jersey Lightning's fic Confessions of an Equine (which I plugged the other day if anyone remembers). It's a story about a horse. The wife keeps saying she wants to give Maggie (that's the horse) a big hug because she looks all sad and lonely.
I had the time. It wasn't as if I was doing anything all night, what with the not sleeping thing... mmh, well anyway, while I was painting I realised that I might have to go and give Guiding Light a re-write. Completely. There's a lot of little things about it that have begun to bother me and I'm really not satisfied with the pacing. But that's a future project, not a now project and frankly if I do it now I'll go crazy. Er. Crazier. Anyway right now I'm alternating between Regret ad Stars Shine Forth which is coming along nicely, thank you very much.
It seems likely that the next chapter ofStars will be out first, but I make absolutely no promises about when or in what state. Just that it'll happen.
