That's nice. Thanks for the likes, everyone! When I wrote it, I seriously thought it'd be one of my less popular stories, but now it's become my second most popular, right behind Spike's Rainbow Dash, which garnered over 1400 likes.
So...I probably should upload a new chapter for Scootaloo's arc, eh?
And Spike's Rainbow Dash: The Final Chapters is still awaiting the very chapter that will shock all audiences...(which is the next one...)
Yeah, I should probably get on that...But, in all seriousness, I am unable to give you a proper release date. I am just VERY busy right now. School, friends, travel...etc.
Thanks, guys, for the patience. I am sure it's frustrating. If I had the ability to put all my thoughts on paper in a matter of minutes, I'd do so.
Of course, the reality requires hours and hours of investment and sleep-deprivation. Hopefully, my friends, that day will come soon for you all.
I saw the Spike episode. It is the best Spike episode yet. I absolutely loved it. It had a great lesson to be learned, and every significant character (Mane Six, Cutie Mark Crusaders, the pets, Spike) earned proper screen time.
I know what you mean when it comes to making time to write, my job takes a lot of time that I used to write and now I only get a few hours a week for writing.
I didn't like the Spike episode for one reason. He wasn't invited to go to the Crystal Empire. Spike, the freaking HERO OF THE EMPIRE, was not invited to go.
So yeah, looking forward to both the end of RD's arc and more of Scootaloo's arc. I'm really wondering who you will eventually go with for Spike choosing in RD. I'm also really hoping that shit hits the fan between Twilight and Celestia. Goddammit does Luna need to tell her what Celestia did.
What did you think of the pics of Peewee? And I wrote my first Spike/Vinyl fic....you know how bucking rare that pairing is?
I loved the episode, only very much wished that Peewee would have been in it, other then that a 9/10
I just don't like how Zecora accuses Spike of being greedy. Greed and gluttony are two different things, Zecora! Eating money != greed.
I hate how Peewee was removed in the show. I say screw that nonsense. To me, he's still in the show.
And I don't like how in the latest episode Princess Cadence gave no reason as to why Spike couldn't come to the empire that HE saved. She's lost a lot of respect from me on that part.

816938 My theory is that since not a lot of ponies outsdie the Crystal Empire know about King Sombra's invasion Cadence reluctantly decided to keep the whole thing udner wraps out of fear that the inspector might pass them over if she found out they were invaded, and that meant not inviting Spike even if she wanted to.
Knew you'd like Just for Sidekicks. I personally think it The Games Ponies Play should have been broadcast after JfS for two reasons: we wouldn't have seen the punchline coming a mile away and it would have stirred up anticipation and speculation for how Spike and co. got into that wacky situation.
816742 816938 It was perfectly acceptable for Spike to remain behind this time. The Games Ponies Play explains that the mane six were not invited to the Crystal Empire, but commissioned to go because they had a particular job to do. When the Equestria Games actually take place, Spike will definitely be invited.
My only problem with the episode was that PeeWee got written out, I was hoping for an episode with Spike and PeeWee in it, I guess that dream is dead.

Cadence may have wanted to invite him but was advised not on the groudns that if word got out that she had failed to protect the Crystal Empire the Games Inspector might not let the Crystal Empire host the games.
I'm sure that she was not happy with not inviting Spike.
