'The Mare Behind the Mare' Inducted Into The Royal Canterlot Library

I'm honored and humbled to announce that the prestigious curators of the Royal Canterlot Library have decided to feature 'The Mare Behind the Mare' as their most recent inclusion, despite me not making it particularly easy for them to track me down so I could complete the interview portion.

Hard Reset: The Movie: The Netflix Miniseries: The Review

I'm not actually going to subject you to the same shtick as when I reviewed Edge of Tomorrow. That's funny once and only once. But! This past weekend I watched Russian Doll on Netflix, Which is very much a merger between Groundhog Day and, uh, probably Final Destination, but I'll get to that.

    How To: Slice of Life

I wrote this back in 2013 for the site, but it never ended up getting posted anywhere. I fought it again today when I was sifting through my Google Docs folder and I figured that since I haven't had much of a presence on the site for the last couple of months I might as well toss it up in the hopes that somepony somewhere finds it helpful.

Spin Those Plates, Spin Those Plates, 1, 2, 3, 4... · 7:29pm Jan 20th, 2013

Man, what a month. Despite taking a vacation I posted about 37,000 words over five different stories since this time in December, and while Duel Nature is finished (yay) I started four new undertakings of various magnitudes. I hate the idea of a story of mine falling forgotten by the wayside (poor Always Has Been, someday I'll write more of you) but at the same time I feel the first fingers of the cold dark claw of burnout starting to curl around my neck when I glance at my Google Docs drive so I need to prioritize my efforts. I also learned this week that I am terrible at predicting what you guys will like. If you'd asked me on Tuesday I would have said Zombie Gerbil Horde would be in the feature box and Hard Reset would have slipped away mostly unnoticed. That didn't exactly happen, and five days it has more views, thumbs and favorites than anything else I've written. So between Hard Reset (3 chapters to go plus an alternate ending), Late Afternoon of the Zombie Gerbil Horde (1 chapter to go), Law Office of Artemis Stella and Beat (6 chapters to go) and Psychopathy is Configurable (Two-and-a-halfish chapters to go) what simply MUST be my top priority, in your opinions?

If you get bored waiting for me to update your story of choice, try Liberate the Sun for your epic adventure fix. I was pointed in its direction a few days ago and it's off to a solid start.

I think I'm impatient for more Hard Reset the most. PiC would be up second. Because in both cases you have me wondering where you're going to go with the stories, unlike the zombie gerbil horde which is fun to read but is probably going to end up with a zombie gerbil horde of some sort. :derpytongue2:

Hard Reset, as it's the only one I'm reading right now :trollestia:

I'm the most excited for Hard Reset. Mostly because best pony and I like to see how much Twilight can handle before breaking (I mean seriously broken even more than lesson zero broken) and picking herself up afterwards.
I mostly enjoy serious fics more than the random comedy ones.

I also vote Hard Reset. I think people like it because people love the Groundhog's day trope. It's always popular.

I really liked Hard Reset, but that Zombie Gerbil story was freakin' hilarious! I'll take either.

I want my Artemis, Stella, and Beat!

Hard Reset!

I absolutely adore Hard Reset, but I saw don't force yourself into something that doesn't "feel" right just yet. I know the feeling of wanting to write and not being able to all too well, and it sucks. We - or at least I - can wait.
