So yeah. Whenever they made their latest batch of changes, they completely fucked up my chapter formatting! So now, instead of painstakingly indented chapters, I have 15 giant wall-o-texts with NO indention. And of coure, Knighty and Poultron ignore me. They don't give a shit, because "LAWLZ WER ELS U GON GO HERPADERP!!!!!!!!!"
FUcking shitbags.

They pretty much ignore everyone who isn't in their little clique. Your best chance for a reply is when they post a blog. They pretty much ignore PMs.
This happened to me as well. At least it only happened for 4 chapters.
It's like we are all made to suffer.

You are completely entitled to complain/feel angry about it. But instead of pointing the finger and be aggressive towards the mods, why not change your approach a little bit?
You need not ass-kiss them admins. But you should at least try to be polite.
Feel free to disregard everything I just typed, if you wish. I am not ordering you to follow what I said. I'm just giving advice.

1. If I was, indeed, the only one who experienced a problem, then I had the right to be a bit upset. I worked very hard to get my chapters just right, pleasing to the eye and easy to read. Then, out of the blue, I get a comment and a few PM's complaining to me and slightly berating me because my chapters now appear to have been formatted by Corky from Life Goes On. If I was rude or short, it was because I was treated the same, and the product which I worked very hard on suffered a glaring and public black eye through no fault on my own.
2. If, as 659912 said, it happened to many people, then the least they could have done is put out some public announcement stating so. Again, I take pride in my work here, and I do post it here because I, in general, love the site. It's well-formatted, user frie3ndly, and is a very nice place to hang. But, this is my first story, plus it has no memes, it's not clop, nor is it HiE or a Halo crossover, which means it most likely, won't ever make the feature box. Which means that every reader is precious to me, because I write for people to read. When they finally decide to click my story for the first time, and the first thing that greets them is an ugly wall of text with no indentation, they don't look down on Poultron or Knighty, they look down on ME. They think that I don't know what I'm doing, and that I am an idiot. I take issue with this, so yes, when I emailed them, I was a bit... short. I don't apologize, it's just what happened.
3. Further more, I take slight issue with someone who has nothing to do with this interjecting their opinion in a sarky manner. I DID send a slightly more polite PM to Knighty. I wasn't kissing his feet, but I was slightly less pissed at the time. Knowledge is power, friend.

Try re-importing it from gdocs, I think they just messed with a setting that screwed with already imported stuff.
