I need at least some B-Rank Dragons for Dragon Reincarnated

Like before give me some Dragons with either Plus or Minus with some requirements for the evolution of a C-Rank Form AI has evolved into. Feel free to help me and also... AI may evolved or de-evolved if I see something I like or is possible to evolve into.

As to the game itself, it's one of those TRPG games you see now and then, in the same vein as Final Fantasy Tactics, XCOM, Super Robot Wars; that kind of thing.
I played it on an emulator (ZSNES specifically), but you might find it elsewhere.

Side note: Seriously - Someone get SquEnix to remake that!
They remade my all-time favourite game (Seiken Densestu 3/Secret of Mana 2 - AKA Trials of Mana. Pretty good, though the SNES version is still better);

Nothing is off the table as far as I'm conceerned.

Technology dragon rank B

After successfully building a basic steam electric generator and creating 30 golems you now have successfully made the prerequisites for rank c technology dragon

The requirement's for rank B are building a stable electric grid, building a train and finally building 60 golems this unlocks the quest of techno the technology dragon for rank A the race for space.

Sunlight Dragon

After a rank C Dragon absorbs enough sunlight or holy magic. Cracks will form on the body all over, then soon a new Dragon will emerge from the cracks. The Sunlight Dragon. It is not so simple to become one as the process needs the right amount of light inside them. Too little and nothing will happen, too much and the dragon could turn to dust
