Lady Moon Dancer, Duchess of Horseshoe Bay

First off, sorry about the late installment. Health issues on the team, and hardware issues. Anyway, Moon Dancer is back after the ruckus she started in the prologue and being somewhat background afterwards. This is the same Moon Dancer who is Celestia's ward in Sisters in All but Blood, but 599 days later in that story and having had a couple years to get over... well, what's in this chapter.
