I booked a room for Trotcon at the Marriott at the University of Dayton.

The hotel website has been going back and forth between "no rooms available" and "rooms available",
which might mean there's 1 room left, and people keep starting to reserve it and then not finishing.
If the hotel is full, try airbnb. There are about 10 houses or apartments that are cheaper than the hotel, and about as close. But I hope someone rents this townhouse and makes a pony commune. 2 days for $419 (before taxes). It can sleep 11 people in 9 beds in 3 bedrooms. (One room has 5 beds. Only 6 or 7 of the beds are quality beds.)
2 bathrooms, 1 bathtub.

Breakfast not included?! Get that townhouse, especially if it's easy walking distance to the Con! With just one other person you'd already be paying less than the hotel, any more up to and including 11 is just gravy.
Hm. Tempted. Need a summer vacation time. Work drives me nuts around then.
Oh dear, unlikely I can go since I attend SDCC like a week or so later.
