Was quite a productive day!

Got up this morning and was out the door with laundry earlier than I'm out the door for work.

Once I got all that washed, hung up, and put away, I went to the grocery store to pick up some ingredients to finally try some scrambled eggs, Gordon Ramsay style, to celebrate the end of my first intermittent fast, that I'm trying to get back into.

While these eggs would certainly be considered 'undercooked' to most Americans, I really enjoyed the creamy texture with creme fraiche and chives mixed in. It was like an egg salad served warm, on top of a pretzel bun.

Other than that, got a bit more writing done. Hoping once I get this Freedom Planet 2 story finished, I can focus on MLP and Sonic.
