Good evening everyone.
Still holding strong today, and overall I am doing better than I was in December. I am still riding the Vitamin D high of my month in Florida :)
College is going well, and I have a 3.5 GPA. Woohoo!
I find that doing a minimum of half an hour of exercise daily helps to keep my mood in check. 3x a week cardio and 3x a week strength training.
