The beginning of the end given that it was Stardust help reform Sombra, he would be able to detect something wrong with him. Since they truly bond as friends should be no problem for him to convince Sombra and save the tree of harmony from being destroy. I don’t see the point of it being destroyed it create a seed that form Twilight’s castle why it can not create another seed to create the young six tree house as well. Also have Starswirl and his ghost self meet one another in Stardust head.

I feel like stardust been on the watch for that he would probably responsible for taking care of Cozy since he was the one to convince every pony to not sent her to Tartarus, so he be her caretaker, since I don’t think Cozy have any parents in first place. I can’t help feel like this be bonding experience with Cozy and might develop father and daughter relationships.

Especially it be Twilight and Stardust coronation with Twilight deal with sun and Stardust the night, also he make sure everything goes perfectly. In doing so Spike be crown prince since, Twilight and Stardust be crown king and queen. Maybe have Stardust reveal his knowledge of the world how he came to know them before meeting them in first place, this would strengthen their trust as Equestria as a whole. Have nightshade keep Stardust company at night if does it he deserve more of the spotlight, at this point I see nightshade like Stardust more.

Have Tirek betray everyone again and have him kidnap Twilight, cozy glow, nightshade, and Spike. Spike fought honorably against Tirek, but Tirek use cheap tactics to defeat Spike. This came with dream by away and bit video inspiration once Stardust see the harms against them this anger him greatly, since he want to personally want to hurt Stardust and wanting to kill him. It would be a a fight of millennium no one can interfere only watch, a fight to death if you want I always pictured it death of Superman movie with Tirek doomsday and Stardust as Superman. Stardust manage to destroy Grogar bell given it is too dangerous to be keep around, when both rush toward one another hitting each other in the faces causing shockwave size of Canterlot, but can be felt from heaven and entire Equestria. I wonder have you ever consider let after defeating Tirek once and for all Stardust meet Faust herself the mother of Celestia and Luna along with their father, wanting to share gratitude with Stardust for all he has done and destroying Grogar bell in his near death state, of course with Faust slap Stardust for slapping Celestia and he say “she deserve it” in his near death state and with Starswirl by their side.

If the tree of harmony is not destroyed maybe near the end have rest of mane six transform into Alicorns given that Stardust and Twilight believe they deserve for all the things they have done. Also what going to happen to Zagreus.

I just realize given that cozy glow won’t join as third member of the main antagonist in season 9 why not storm king be the third member instead given he is still alive..

One last thing when Stardust OCs/son that were facing Tantabus are they like still alive will we see the again born as his and Twilight children. Also maybe put Twilight past bullied as antagonist in one of the episodes and when Stardust confront them he bring righteous fury so much so his mane and tail lit up golden blaze.
