    Well, color me impressed.

All 78 episodes on 2 discs, the translation is just as solid as the Hulu version, the subtitles are on by default, and they even translated the mid-episode character cards.

Well, because there was no TYT this week...

Here's an absolutely adorable tutorial on how to hug your pony from doubleWbrothers.

So I've been busy away from ponies... Again...

With my quest/race to get a Rainbow S on all of Freedom Planet 2's stages, my creativity lit up like a bonfire again, and I started crafting an alternate ending of sorts for the past week.

That story is now complete, and posted in its entirety over on AO3.

Extra Life 2023 Wrap Up · 2:03pm Nov 5th, 2023

Good morning, folks.

Yesterday was fun, and went by so much quicker than I thought it would. My family and friends, both online and off, are pretty damn amazing, and because of everyone's generosity, I'm adding another gold medal to my wall, with a total of $1,031 raised this year, bringing my lifetime total to $3,242.

I'm not sure if it was the lack of soda, or staring at a computer screen that long, but I only made it 17 hours and 2 minutes this year; I crashed super hard at 1am, not even making it to the time change. I ended the stream, shut down, and was in bed fighting a headache ten minutes later.

As always, I have to mention some fantastic people.

My always-awesome mom was the first donation of the day to kick things off, and also went out to get some White Castle for dinner!

UltimateHero128, for always being the chattiest in my somewhat quiet chatroom, when I only stream once a year for this marathon, and for the second donation of the day. Sorry we didn't get to Halo Infinite co-op in the late-night, man.

My lifelong childhood friend DarkWolfDad contributed in more ways than money; he's the regular streamer in my circle of friends, and he always spreads the word when I do this marathon every November. He also chipped in a final $5 to send me over the goal marker at the perfect time (donation came in as a tarsier character was screaming on-screen).

Sheryl, for always having encouraging words, and for being the third donation of the marathon!

Also have to give a shout to the Freedom Planet Discord community; I have a feeling that some of you folks were watching quietly, or if it was more of DarkWolf's crowd coming in for the evening, as I had 9 to 11 viewers in the second half of Freedom Planet 2.

CurlySillyPony, thank you for your generous donation as well. If you ever have a story premise you'd like me to try, please DM me at any time.

Lastly, Phazon... Man, I don't know your real name or profession, only that you've been a long-time reader of my fanfiction, and that we're both fans of MLP and Freedom Planet. Dude, you've got a serious heart of gold. I know money has been tighter for everyone this year, and once again, for the third year in a row, you are my largest donor of the year at $500. As always, if you ever have a story premise or idea you want me to tackle, I'm always a DM away. You know, if I ever finish the first idea you gave me last year. I'll even extend that to Freedom Planet lore once you play the second game in December; I'm crazy-anticipating what you think of both the game and my stories.

Gaming-wise, it was pretty par for the course, nothing insane. Both final bosses in Freedom Planets 1 and 2 came down to the absolute wire. Oh, and then there was close to the end, when I was tired of getting my ass handed to me by human opponents in Halo, so I went over to my Journey 7 playthrough of Elden Ring to offer myself on the altar of the hardest boss of the game; Malenia.

I actually ended up beating her after again about a dozen attempts. The clip only captured the final ten seconds or so, along with my somewhat elated reaction.

Once again, thank you to everyone who watched, donated, or even had the stream on as background noise, that matters too; seeing that I have more than 1 viewer was awesome.

So, now I have to figure out how to do a mock episode of Hot Ones with at least a smidgen of production value. Yay.

I'll be posting a blog later on to take questions you've wanted to ask me, so I can hopefully answer them in the video.

Congrats on your medal!

As always, it's my pleasure. And congrats. Glad it went well.

Incidentally, I may finally have an idea or two in mind. However, I don't have the fullest confidence in either of them. Also it seems to me like FP2 has inspired you as of late, and it would be remiss of me to interrupt a hot streak. That, and you never know if FP2 might give me an idea to request of you.
