Hang in there you will make it through. I know what it's like, My record is an 11 day stay in the hospital for an infection in my leg.
It sounds like it got a nasty infection which really really really sucks... BUT! They have all sorts of stuff that is really good at solving that. You will make it through. Also don't hesitate to get some real half and half put in the fridge on the floor for your coffee. The creamer mine had suckedddddd
