Notice of Retirement - Goodbye, Everyone · 2:01am May 31st, 2023
Well, everyone, I've had a good decade on this site. After all the time I've spent here, I'm happy to report that I don't consider one second of it to have been a waste of time. Through this site, and through this community, I've made quite a few friends, expanded my vocabulary, and even improved my personal writing skills. Since I have chosen writing to be my career path, the experiences I've had and lessons I've learned here will be invaluable to me as I pursue my goals. And to clarify, I've not had a falling out with the fanbase or anybody on this site. It's just difficult for me to balance the wage cage with all the multiple writing projects I've undertaken. I've begun my endeavor of finishing my novel in earnest, and the sooner I finish it, the sooner I can get my manuscript edited and sent to a literary agent... Who knows? Perhaps, someday, if all goes according to plan, you'll see my work in the horror or fantasy section of your local book store. Fantasies like that are fun to think about, but a fantasy unpursued shall always remain a fantasy; nothing more.
P.S. I regret all my unfinished stories, and I regret even more all the empty promises I made of finishing them. To all of you who enjoyed them up to this point, I do thank you for your support and patience.
Thanks for giving us good material man. And good luck.
See you around and good luck!
We're sad to see you go but so happy you were here. Stay safe out there.
Good luck to you my friend. I just have to ask. What happened to Dark arts and kind hearts?
Take care, and good luck.

It was good to have you here.
o7 You definitely gave me one of my faves. Good luck on your next step. May it bring you your dreams and more.
Oh shit, I missed seeing this when it was first posted. I still have the last updates to catch up on, and I still do want to read them. It's a shame that such fantastic writing will go unfinished, but thank you for sharing these stories and marking them canceled before leaving. You've written one of my favorite Sombra stories on the site.
Take care, Boomie. You'll be missed, mate.
