Honestly, Monaco is not a good race. Sure, it has glitz and glamor, and the qualifying is insane, but the track is too narrow for overtaking so the race is more of a parade. I'd rather see them yeet Monaco from the calendar and bring back Hockenheim or Kyalami.
Regardless, this is the best chance of the year so far for someone to pip Red Bull for the win. I'm hoping Alonso can do it—the Aston Martin is good in the low-speed corners.
I'm also preparing my arsenal of Ferrari Clown memes for after the race.

Ah I remember 96 when only 3 drivers crossed the finish line in Monaco xD
Monaco is weird because it’s a track that feels uniquely Formula 1, like no other auto racing code would ever do it there and it connects back to back when F1 really was just European aristos tooling around but it by design is either tremendously boring or tremendously dangerous and is really not a great track because of that.

Monaco used to be awesome, but the current formula makes the cars too wide for it, so there are no longer passing zones. Because the cars' sizes are due in large part to safety, they're never getting small again, so it's time to ditch the track in the name of progress and good racing.
