Three and a half years ago, I published my first and biggest story, Of Starships And Golden Armors. I was a young and inexperienced writer back then, drawing my ideas and style almost solely from the countless books I had read.
OSaGA was, and still is, an ambitious story. It's a big tale and the first tome really only scratches the surface of what I originally had in mind. I bit far more than I could swallow, I admit, but nevertheless, I managed to finish the story in some manner. And today, on April 6th, 2023, the first chapter passed 2,000 views.
Since the beginning of my work on OSaGA, and even before that, I've also been developing a whole science-fiction universe to go along with it, resulting in a dedicated lore group, which can be accessed here. While its contents are, for now, very much incomplete, it's out there for everyone curious about what the human world from OSaGA is like. And while I am a rather busy person nowadays, I do want to do something for this occassion.
In the coming days, I shall, at last, try to finish publishing the Ancient History Timeline on the lore group. That's what I'm declaring right now, but we'll see what else comes of the nearest few weeks.

I definitely won't rule out the possibility.
However I do think I need a bit of a breath of fresh air, hence why I am currently working on-and-off on another, shorter story that is somewhat similar to OSaGA, but set in a different universe. You might try it out too though, maybe you'll end up liking it.
When the flame of humanity's valour extinguished all the shadows the galaxy had to offer, their own creations decided to turn against them. A period of total war had begun; the humans fought hard and fought well, and they fought them to a bloody stalemate which satisfied neither side. Now locked in a brutal cold war, both humanity and the Replicants seek to unconver the very secrets of the universe, hoping desperately to find something, anything, which could help them gain an edge over the other. But neither side is truly prepared for an actual gamechanger to enter the set stage...
That's a small sneak-peek of that new story, but again, it's set in a completely different universe and is unrelated to OSaGA. It would be a smaller tale, capping at around 10-15K words I think, so I wouldn't despair; provided I have time, energy and inspiration, I might just start working on a proper sequal to OSaGA, in one form or another, after I finish this smaller story. Maybe even a bit earlier.

I'm currently on a writing break due to the holidays, but other than that I'm working on it.
I can't give a more concrete date yet, but essentially, I think the first chapter should be posted relatively soon-ish. The delay between the following ones however may be a bit longer, but ultimately, we'll see.

It feels kinda unreal, to be honest, haha. I wish I knew how to promote stories well, but achieving this without almost any advertisement feels even more like an accomplishement.
