You might have noticed I've been pretty quiet lately. Well, it wasn't because I was still sick like I was when I made my last blog; I got over that cold weeks ago. My plan was to get back to writing and get to reading a couple of stories I had meant to check out --and stories in general.
But for the last month, I just wasn't feeling it. I barely wrote anything and read very little. It wasn't depression or anything; maybe I was a little burnt out. Not from a writing standpoint, but from an MLP standpoint--never thought I'd say that after I joined the site and accepted my inner brony
But anyway, since motivation, in my opinion, isn't something you can force -- at the end of the day, it's either there driving you or it's not -- and I don't want to force myself to write if my heart just wasn't in it due to lack of motivation. Thus, I had just been waiting for that motivation to come back, and it has started to. So I'm beginning to get back to work and start a story or two, maybe even finally get some more progress done on a story that's been on and off the back burner for over three years now. Either way, even with the MO starting to return, it will be slow going for the time being, even for me I might even make a blog with a poll on what the next story will be. I'm tempted to do it here, but I want to get further in the stories (just in case I get stuck) before I hold that poll.
I guess that'll be all for now.

Writer's block and lack of motivation is a bitch.
I feel you. Working on multiple fan fics and original fics as I'm currently doing can drain the the motivation out of you.
