This Bluey story is called, "Solo Runaround!"
Bandit catches a fever and can't go on his usual Sunday walkies with Bluey. It's up to to Bluey to make her morning extraordinary - all by herself!
The clock on the bedside table ticked to 6:58am. Bluey coiled like a spring beneath her bedsheets. Wait for it, she thought. Wait for it...
The clock flashed 6:59. Bluey shot out of bed, slapping the snooze button on her way out the door. She threw her cozy hoodie over her head, but couldn’t quite pull it down in time to avoid running facefirst into the door.She paused long enough to put on the hoodie properly and make sure she hadn’t woken Bingo up, then took off down the hall.
Bluey barreled through her parents’ bedroom door at exactly 7:00am. “Morning walkies!” she screamed.
Chilli and Bandit sat bolt upright. Bluey somersaulted onto their bed, but the landing left a bit to be desired, so she rolled off and tried again. The second time around, she stuck the landing—right on Bandit’s foot.
Chilli groaned. Bandit curled into a ball and pulled the covers back over him.
