If there was one thing my story was missing, it was the motivations. Why did Chrys care so much about the fate of the Queen and the changelings? Was she truly just that magnanimous and attached to the idea of her blood, or was there a deeper connection to them that broke through the odds?

Well, it's time for me to write about it in this prequel. Time to take a deep dive into a sane Chrysalis, and from a new perspective too. This is the End. Hope to do it justice.
