Well, hey, I'm getting better... nearly 2:30 instead.

So... Guardian's taking off in about 5 and a half hours at this point. I've tossed him Balance chapter 4. I've no idea if he'll be able to have time to read it or not. I want to do this right and do Gammaverse proud, which means needing his input. The problem?

He's going to Belarus. As in Minsk. Y'know, bordered by Russia, Ukraine, Poland, all those fun Eastern Bloc countries? that Belarus.

Well... sorta. It's after 4 a.m. here (and yes, I'm going to bed shortly), but I just wanted to say three things:

If you have a hard time cleaning up, might I suggest the site 'Unfuck Your Habitat'? it's quite fun, and I'm using the tricks I've learned to keep my place around my computer a little cleaner than I usually would. Couch Crusader, a badass mother amongst badass mothers in our group of pre-readers, broke himself a couple nights back to crank out a little poll for EqD. It took him six hours to come up with it and refine it, then another couple to refine it further. I know many of you (okay, damn near all of you) barely know me. Long and short of it is, I don't make enough money at work. I have no real way of making more, at least reliably. It's bad enough this winter here in New York that we're selling off some precious things just to make ends meet and keep the heat and electricity on, and the house's roof over our heads.

Well, as a small note, at the time of this writing, I'm nearly 1300 words in on chapter three. On top of that, I've gone back and done a bit of editing to both chapters. Hopefully they now read better.
