Archaic Text, better known by Arc, has worked with his grandfather as a caretaker of the Royal Canterlot Library for many years. Since he was young he was saving up his bits to go on a big adventure to write a book about. However, one night in the forbidden Annex section he was sidetracked and ended up discovering something that would change both his life and Equestria's fate.
