Princess Luna has begun an insurrection against Princess Celestia. Such an action will have consequences. With her small but loyal army gathered to face Celestia's might war machine, how will the battle play out in the minds of Luna's soldiers on the field?

Twilight discovers an ancient book on Necromancy, and her curiosity gets the better of her. Torn about what to do with it, she decides to read the book while Spike is away in Canterlot. But curiosity "killed the cat," and, as Twilight will learn, there is a world of difference between theory and practice.

Story is set after "Games Ponies Play" but before "Magical Mystery Cure."
