Terry "Sir Pterry" Pratchett is dead. My wife has read the entire Discworld canon, as well as the non-fiction companions (Science of Discworld, etc.). I even printed and bound for her the unpublished and rare short stories Pratchett released. It's a sad day for great literature.

Back in the day, there was a collab by some of the fandom's finest called The Mailbox. The Mane6 split apart for the summer and kept up with each other via letters, with each writer taking the role of a Mane6 and responding round-robin style.
