Unlike many people, I always believed that despite looking and seeming similar to each other Moondancer and Twilight are actually quite different.
I have some more ideas. I'm still writing the Rarity vs Derpy fic. But for now here are some more prompts:
Fluttershy and Zephyr Breeze bonding episode: heartwarming one shot where they talk about their lives and struggles and triumphs.
Rarity confronts Derpy and/or judge on the Kart Race: Twelve year old Rarity is filled with rage at getting second place and believes a conspiracy is at foot.
Lyra as Dale Gribble episode: Where Lyra tries to announce her conspiracies of the evil Equestrian Regime hiding the existance of humand.
What if ANG ended, with only Zephyr Heights being reformed?
The world would still be racist but Zephyr Heights atvleast would be making progress.
I think it would allow the racism to have to be resolved more slowly but allow for a future light hearted slice of life stories in Zephyr Heights while also keeping the goal of changing the world intact.
Basically Sunny and Hitch will still be fugitives from Maretime Bay, but they will return later in Make Your Mark.
Twilight doesn't have a brother. Shining Amror is her cousin. He sometimes drops by. She used to play with him a lot but they grew their seperate ways.
Cadance is very important for Twilight. Cadance is somewhat of a mentor figure. Unlike the reserved sometimes pessimistic Twilight, Cadance is outgoing and optimistic.
(Cadance even unironically ships Sparity saying Spike might grow to be a handsome dragon.)
One day, I want to make a retelling of the events of Friendship is Magic seasons 1 to 9. Beginning with an altered version of Mare in the Moon and with stories building up to an epic final battle.
There will be alternate versions of characters with different backstories and somewhat different personalities (although I try to keep some things in common)
My first character to talk about is Applejack.
My headcanon in School Daze is that the reason why Twilight was so strict with the EEA approved curriculum was that she really wanted to prove to Neighsay that non-pony creatures could be taught to be decent creatures.
In fact, Neighsay clearly said that he wanted the school to defend ponykind. And Twilight didn't even tell him that there were non ponies in the school.

This was going to be a Derpibooru comment.
I think people miss the point of Snowdrop.
Snowdrop is not about feeling sorry for her. No in fact I think it's the opposite. It's about instead of wishing for something you can't have like sight and moping that can't, you already can do something great.
It's like Toph could have not enjoyed life but she decided to working can do like earthbending or Scootaloo who even if she couldn't fly could do great tricks with her scooter.
One day, I want to make a fanfiction that is a reboot of Friendship is Magic.
It would be somewhat similar to FIM but with the gift of hindsight.
Perhaps we could have brief references to Zephyr Breeze as early as Dragonshy or a poster of a cultist named Starlight Glimmer would be seen in Sweet and Elite. Fairly minor, but I would love to see foreshadowing.
