It's been five hundred years since the Defeat of Nightmare Moon and return of Princess Luna. Ponykind went to the stars, using a vast network of Mass Relays, ancient devices created by a long extinct, alien race. Equestria is now just one of many inhabited worlds, each pony Tribe having colonized numerous planets. The Four Princesses continue to watch over their subject, even though the ideals of friendship and harmony no longer carry the weight they used to.
Until recently, I was just your another twenty-something fresh out of university, on her first real archeological dig at some Luna-forsaken planet, not really believing how lucky she was. One alien artifact and a bunch of killer machines later, I found myself thrown headfirst into a series of events that would decide not only my fate, but that of the entire galaxy as well.

A Mass Effect/MLP crossover, based on the canon from ME game series and seasons 1-3 of MLP:FiM (without "Equestria Girls"). Translated by the author from the Polish original (first published here). The original is two chapters ahead of the translation at the moment, and I plan to keep it that way in the foreseeable future.
