As for the show, I just rewatched it - but dubbed this time - since the blu ray is now out. If I had to describe the show in one phrase, it would probably be ‘R-Rated Fullmetal Alchemist’. So, apparently, I completely misinterpreted Lancer's lore, such that the main conflict in No Time For a Sunset would never have arisen in the first place. Per one of the game's creators in the official Discord server, NHPs don't actually lose their memories when they're cycled. I suppose this is both good news for Sunflower and a condemnation of the level of clarity present in the sourcebook.

Because I can't keep my brain on track, have a mental exercise. Lancer is a sweet tabletop RPG I've been playing, featuring mech pilots in a nifty far future setting. But which ones would are favorite ponies take into battle? Here's my take.

What about the original G1 series? You could design cards using the color pie, power level, and mechanics from the early days of MTG as an exercise. Alpha, Legends, etc. Like, of course ponies would have Banding.
