It continues to amaze me how many different subgenres of MLP fic are out there. There's everything from feels to drama to comedy to romance. I've seen perfect little slices-of-life, and at least one series that stretches into half-a-million words.

Over the past week I've been privileged to get some awesome early feedback on the Cadance story I've been writing. Thank you Curious Quill and OnionPie; you are truly both gentle(wo?)men and scholars!

There's still a lot to do before I can start releasing chapters. But hey, it's Friday; time to rock out with Joan Jett.

Several days ago I realized that my "read later" list was getting a bit long.

"20 stories!" I exclaimed. "How am I ever going to read all that?!"

I proceeded to buckle down and read several of them. But sure enough, a few days later, the list had grown to 30.

"What?! Nooo!"

So I buckled down again, and... well, now the count is 75.

Dear FimFic peoples, please stop writing interesting-looking stories. You're killing my read-later list!!
