Well, we are once again in the hiatus period of MLP:FiM, that means it is time to integrate new canon. Now, I'll admit, some things this last season, particularly the finale, threw me for a loop. I'm not ashamed to admit I had a kneejerk reaction to some issues. So now I shall publish my new, improved,sensible thoughts on Season 4.
Today, I have reached two important milestones on FiMfiction. First of all, it is with pride that I announce the 'My Family and Other Equestrians' has broken the 200 likes barrier and has over 200 favourites. And secondly, I now have 40 followers. Just a little blog then as a thank you to everypony who has liked or favourited my story and a big thank you to all my followers. In particular, I'd like to thank everypony's favourite Changeling, Sidetrack for taking the time to proofread my work
As I'm sure most of you are aware, the new game Watch Dogs was released on the 27th. I'd pre-ordered it myself and got it that day. Since then, aside from pony and eating I've done nothing else. One of the many features of the game allows you to view information on various citizens in Chicago. Imagine my surprise when this cropped up:

While presently I am dedicated to working solely on 'My Family and Other Equestrians', every now and then ideas do pop into my mind for future stories. I've had a few ideas for non-HiE stories over the last few months. Since these seem to be somewhat more popular, I've kept a few on file. Most of them though tend to turn out as either clichéd or just not very interesting. But recently I came up with what I believe to be a winner.

Well, yesterday was Valentine's/Hearts and Hooves Day. I have no love life, so that's that out of the way. Nevertheless I hope you all had a good day, regardless of matters of love. It was also the day my two dogs were born, they're getting on in years now but I still love them.
My Internet problems are now repaired and I will be responding to all messages again and, as you can see, I'm updating too. I may have suffered some withdrawal from lack of pony for a week, but am now recovering.
And now a short rant, do not treat this as a reasonable argument, it is just me whining.
