After about twenty minutes of near total madness and raging at my computer, I have a ticket to BUCK, and a '20% Cooler' ticket at that. Suffice it to say:

This will be the first Brony convention I've ever attended. Hell, it's the first convention I've attended period. I was tempted to go for a Celestia ticket, but decided against it in the end. For double the price of my current ticket I would get a VIP dinner and free entry into the Summer Sun Celebration. The SSC is not my cup of tea, and I can live without the VIP dinner, so it seemed a bit daft to blow £335. I have priority entry and I get a t-shirt as it is.

So now it is simply a case of waiting for August to roll around.

I'm already hyping.

1925469 Actually, train is two tickets; one for Shrewsbury and one for Manchester. Plus, on your journey you get to enjoy the company of the 'security services' If someone leaves a carrier bag alone for three seconds, they must be a Jihadist with a bomb and everything is closed for hours.

Still, you'll be able to go one day. Save some cash, maybe take a long distance bus.
