Sixteen year old Twilight Sparkle is your average teenager. She mostly keeps to herself, has a pet dog and a pet owl, homeschools, enjoys reading, science, and some television. For the most part, her life is perfect.

But when she finds a picture of a girl who looks exactly like her on the internet, her whole world turns upside down. Who is she? Who are the girls with her? Why does she look like Twilight?

Apple Bloom and Spike come to a shocking realization: she’s pregnant with his child. Now the couple must cope with the ups and downs of being parents, as well as dealing with the prejudice of society over having a hybrid foal. (Takes place four years after the prequel.)

On the morning of Hearts and Hooves day, Spike doesn't feel like he deserves the love his wife Applebloom gives him, so he tries to think of something to do for her that will show her how much he cares for her.
