It's one of these stories that's turned out to have grown in the writing, to a point where I couldn't reasonably contain its estimated length in a single chapter. Hence, it's been broken up, and subsequent parts will be released in a serial manner as and when they're completed and tweaked to my satisfaction.
It's been ... crivens, nearly eight months since I inflicted Moonlight Palaver on the world? That's a scary stretch of time. I suppose it's been roughly well-spent. I've written a few more stories, met a good few more excellent people here, and placed third in another competition. Consistency is a virtue.
What can I say, I just really like the third place in competition rankings.

The Motion of the Stars is out, complete with the proofreading of Danger Beans. Major props to them. It's been submitted to the Most Dangerous Game Contest, and seeing how it'll do (especially up against some of the damned respectable competition I've seen so far) will be interesting.
