With Pinkie gone, Princess Celestia gives Rainbow the task of finding another pony to inherit the Necklace of Laughter. Dedicated to the memory of Ace2401.
Oh... My idea was that Rainbow Dash got horny when Pinkie sliced her open, and that was supposed to be the thing that made her so submissive. Oh well, guess this works too.
Also, a thing regarding your writing I've noticed:
“Part of me was hoping it was all a dream.” she said somberly.
Before the closing quotation mark you use periods, but when you have some appendix like "she said" you must use a comma. Just felt like letting you know this.
“In fact,” Applejack began, getting off the bed and going over to the closet, to the box with th eheart on it.

I love this AU, it is by far my favorite, especially since it was my first intro into both shipping and AU's. A great ending to a good fic, and I can't wait to see more of what you have in store.
Right, not sure if you're gonna read this, but here goes.
I'm frankly not sure how I even ended up here, but I can't say I regret it. I wouldn't say I'm a brony. I've got absolutely nothing against bronies, but I never watched the show and felt no interest in doing so.
Then, one day, I stumbled into Cupcakes. I read it solely for the shock value, not being interested in MLP stuff but having nothing against it either. Being a very morbid person, I kinda liked it. Fast forward to now - I recently remembered that Cupcakes exists and decided to re-read it out of nostalgia. But then I found something I apparently haven't noticed before - the volumes upon volumes of Cupcakes-inspired fanfics. Again, I kinda liked Cupcakes, so the idea of having more of that sounded good.
So down the rabbit hole I went, without even realizing it. Just one little one-shot, then another one, then one that had a couple extra chapters, and before I knew it, I found myself staring at Cupcake Chronicles, a massive saga consisting of dozens of chapters and thousands of words. And I thought, "Fuck it, I'm reading that".
And that's how I ended up here. I don't know how I keep running into dark angsty fanfics full of graphic violence and steamy romance, but I never regret it, and this is no exception. Thank you. It really was an experience. And now I kinda feel obliged to watch the actual show because after calling in love with this fanfic, it feels like I'm missing out by not knowing the deep context behind it. So much for not being a brony, it would seem. So, um... guess I'll stick around on this website, then. Looking forward to reading more of your stuff.
9972249 As turbo-wonky as it is, I think Cupcakes has a bizarre way of drawing folks into the fandom - it's kinda how I got in too, even though for me it was less about being morbid and more about "wait, who did what to who?" And then I found Cupcake Chronicles in the same way you did, and, well...
Yeah. It's insidious like that. Welcome to the herd :P
Lots of cute moments, thrilling action, interesting twists and an overall enjoyable story once more, though alas it doesn't quite tug on the heartstrings the same way the original does. Enjoyed it greatly none the less!
A very nice conclusion to the story.
Also, called it!
Nice to see that Applejack finally got her answer. And that Dash left the Wonderbolts for her.

Thanks for reading!
This is kinda ancient compared to most of my stuff, it was still using thy first two seasons as canon.
