She appeared as if from nowhere, a dark shadowed figure full of dread magic. Shining Armor and Cadance scowled with apprehension, but her attention was on the _other_ shadowy overlord that stood before her. Only one could remain.

Yay, another chapter :)
I fear Morning meeting the CMC. They would sow such chaos…
Ah crap I just invoked Discord didn’t I?
Intetessting lessons for both Partys to learn.
Caught a typo.
So there's a game where you try to guess what an elaborately academically worded common thing is, I feel like raising Morning is the fear version of that game.
Use diagrams! Props! Sell tickets! It's educational, see?
"For what does a dominatrix do? Strike, dominate, degrade, yes, but for their partner's own pleasure. It's at least in part, a performance; there's a reason why a dalliance with a domme is called a 'scene'" - Innuendo Studios, Bringing Back What's Stolen: Sexuality

Nah, you only said his name once.

Maybe. But I'm certainly listening.
This goes further and further from Umbra*Shining*Cadence

Is this a common feeling folks are getting? Do reply/+1 to the above post, lemme know. (or -1 it if you don't agree)
Edit: Specifically if you see this as a problem, or not.

I don't know about others but I see here attempt at relationship that struggled from complications and were entirely abandoned making those struggles meaningless, hollow. I see Crystal Heart intervention that made them connected with each other, inducing another layer of struggles, which would potentially be worsened and accepted, then used and even cherished, but again was entirely abandoned. I see story face illustration and can't see why two out of three main characters on it even needed. They should be integral yet it feels like they are expendable and no one will even notice difference.

There was quite a bit of development put into establishing the boundaries of a relationship for them that seems to have been set aside for quite a while now. On the other hand it's neat to see Umbra more integrated and comfortable in the world with Shifting. So, I'm not sure problem is the right word, but it does seem to be a bit of an abandoned thread. Then again, I don't think all that much time has passed in the story and Umbra has been awful busy since then.
Honestly wish Starlight had just died fleeing "Our Town". She is one of very few characters that I outright despise. I'd rather not see her at all. Makes the whole multiverse better without her.
