No, I sort of knew that ever since Sunset saw Cinder's tattoo at the CCT Tower that her being the fall maiden would be very difficult to pull off, since Ozpin, Gilda, AND Ironwood would be on the lookout for it, not to mention that the virus was removed from the system, which would make the final four episodes of RWBY Chapter 3 REALLY HARD to pull off, as that was half the bad guys' forces.
Also, I am more interested in where this particular point goes than concerned about the actual problems it could cause in the long run.
