When Chrysalis was caught planning another attempt on Canterlot, she had expected to be taken out and executed, not brought up to Celestia's private quarters for a personal meeting. Everything after that? She had no idea what was in store for her.
This was glorious. Whenever we get in a situation where some other race threatens Equestria, Celestia has to fold or struggle or else everyone cries foul and bitches about how ponies are 'erroneously' written as overpowered. There's always bitter whinging, so you almost never see it done anymore.
Then we get this. "You know the only reason we HAVE these meetings is for everyone else's benefit, don't you Clive? I mean, we don't actually need ANY of you. Why are you trying to run shit for everybody, Clive?" AND plans to turn him into a boy toy for his backed-up threat of slaughtering their equine nation's populace in war AND attempted assassination.
I'm sure some people are going to gloss over how his horrible war-mongering and assassination attempt are far worse than anything being done to him, but this chapter has my vote.
I am pleased by Celestia's "Surrender everything you just got and your nation or it will burn under the heat of my sun". Especially the fact that she doesn't even need his shitty nation and that even if she did destroy it they could easily rebuild it.
odd crowd , well i for one am not pleased at all with the notion of celestia attempting to destroy an entire nation of people because a single delegate thought he could threaten them , i don't think i could think of a more ooc thing for celestia of all ponies to do......
normally i would express discontent about the proposed methods of for this character (which thank god didn't involve body mutilation of any kind , though the magical explanation involved some of that for the mind it seemed) , but since this fic is literally based off the main character making a sex slave out of the other main character that would be really out of place to do so.....
if the whole thing had been played off as comedy that would have been fine (except for the mass killing part) , but since it's not how can you expect us to not have issue with how you played the scenario out here?.....
