This story has been.... interesting to say the least. I am enjoying the mystery to the tale and love to try to piece together the clues you have given us to form a explination as to how this apocalyptic future came to be. Though I am excited to see how Discord and Twilight will react to another. Perhapes Twilight will beleave Discord to be her imagination and Discord will wrapping Twilight into his own fake reality? Another thing I wonder is how far into the future this is since Discord and Twilight are immortal there is no go way to tell and it seems unresenable to beleave everything turned to dust only after 11.5 years. Unless Discord destroyed all life somehow.
Dunno what it means in the context of this story, but it's apparently taken from what the little girl says in the song "The Beautiful Days" by the Swans... except that's not actually what she says, because she's not saying Heesaneemayheeno, she's saying something like "A sunny day, a beautiful day, my" (it loops so it's not certain where the "my" is coming in). It is really hard to understand though.
If the beetle really is saying "A sunny day, a beautiful day", then that is enormously creepy given what's happened to the world and given that Discord mistakes it for Celestia.
Gira always states he took the moniker Swans as it described the sound he wanted best. Gira's summation of the name follows along the lines of: "Swans are majestic, beautiful looking creatures. With really ugly temperaments."
Wut, da. faq You sir are sick, and I love you for it. This has to be the best madness montra ever (Talking about the counting), and frankly I am enthraled by this tale of spiraling darkness.
I must keep the time to keep my sanity.
just a great concept. Though I doubt she is actualy sane. Also the static isn't just Discord's madness, but an intrinsic after effect of the calamity the struck equestria. I am so excited for more. Thank you good sir.
And speaking of killer waiting times. I find it odd that I didn't know about this chapter. Oh, well. It's nice to finally get another perspective in this whole scenario. Just how far gone must Twilight be to not pay attention to the fact that “Three hundred and fifty nine million, eight hundred and twenty seven thousand, eight hundred and forty nine” probably took over a second to say. Anyway, now I just have to wait for the next chapter, I mean, how long could it possibly take?

5150633 only Michael Gira could tell you
She has been at this for eleven years and a little under five months.
It should be interesting to see Discord interact with someone who is, potentially, "real."

5150729 unknowingly, you answered your own question in that comment
scabed -> scabbed
5150744
There were two different questions, phrased as sentences. WHICH ONE IS IT? WHICH?
5152078 google docs told me the exact opposite
5154233
GDocs once told me that quietly wasn't a word. It told me several times.
5154309
It isn't. Are you feeling alright? Do you have a fever? I mean, the rest of us know that 'quietly' isn't a word.

Save it for April 1st.
5150729
As long as Discord doesn't hallucinate Twilight taunting him that he doesn't like her mouth words.

5160376
The fact that it's the Swans makes it creepy all by itself.
5160397 the band name is "Swans"
5160401
Dammit, is this one of those cases like my pronouncing "Magneto" wrong for 20 years?
"Swans" just sounds wrong... which is probably exactly why they picked it. :-(

5161434 static also means unmoving or unchanging

But the wait is killing me.
