Damn it! I knew it had to be a pony that is fast and I really thought it was Rainbow dash. I know the next time I will try to get it right!
Sweet, maybe I should become a detective... or a murderer, since I suppose I know what clues to avoid dropping.
BTW, you might wanna edit the execution segment. It's no big deal to have a few minor errors here and there throughout the story, but the executions have gotta be flawless. The ones I noticed were forgetting the 'suit' in flight suit and using 'facing' instead of 'face.'
then this music plays at the end of the chapter

4651290 If you and me ever get stuck in this game, I'm staying in my room no matter what if you are thinking of that.
4651349 Showing all the 8 bit of the ponies and shows a picture of Pinkie pie with Filthy rich standing behind her and Spit fire flying above smiling.
Blast it. Should have known it was too obvious. Should have paid more attention. Oh well, on to the next chap.

Did NOT see that coming
Well that was depressing. It was an accident, Spitfire never wanted to kill anyone, but ended up in an unfortunate situation.
This is the first time I honestly feel the trial was not done well. Spitfire was not a murderer; the culprit was Filthy Rich. That the Mastermind chooses to label her as a murder anyway shows he doesn't truly care who the culprit actually is, as this ruling breaks both the spirit and the letter of the game's rules. This also means that by not choosing to vote for Filthy, and instead just not voting, every pony is just as responsible for her death; for the death of an innocent pony.
I don't know if that's how you meant it to come across, but that's how it comes across, and it is really jarring, especially after a prequel with actual, well thought out murders.
