My suggestion is, have Celestia leave for a spell (as in relaxation) while Luna 'destroys' the device, but before Luna begins dismantling it, have her grow a bit curouis, and have her turn it back on. maybe by then, they are walking into the factory for their extraction. (Near the end, when the smoke tower collapses, that can be when Celestia comes back in, and she watches in stunned silence as the rest of it plays out; all the way until the ledge wrecker is on collapses)

That is my suggestion, instead of just ending it. but hey, whatever you decide to do, this was still good if you keep it as a one-shot. but it isn't as good as I could('ve) be(en).
