You got 2/5 correct.
Scott: Like you said, he wanted better parents to raise him but also the Scott you see now is literally what is left of what ever good was in him.
Mark: She simply wanted to freely be herself and accept herself rather than what everyone expected her to be.
Antonia (the nurse): She wanted to be a mother, but couldn't be one due to being infirtile.
Matt (the Earth pony Stallion): Sorry I'm not giving that away just yet.
Shane (the pegasus stallion): He simply wanted to be with someone romanitcally without being betrayed or strung along.
This has improved in a tangible way since the first chapter, but you still happen to have 1-2 slightly sudden emotional shifts every couple of chapters.

well better then none at all! hehe.
also, the doctor is now zeee pony too!!!!!!!
if you wondering why I'm late reading your update. its been a bit heck tick for me the last several days, lots of work, other stuff, statying up past my 5 am bed time to go buy a ps4, having breakfast with my mother since i'm rarely up that early, then crashing and waking up and hour and a half ago.
Okay, after a solid couple hours of reading, re-reading, and digesting what I read, I can give an honest statement.
Silent, the story has it's flaws, mostly grammar related but importantly; I found they did not detract from my enjoyment of the finished work.
In truth this has to be one of the best human/pony anything I've read in a while. I got invested in the characters, and became curious about how they would grow, change, and develop as time moved forward. I devoured each chapter one after another to see more and more of what you wanted to show us.
I loved the world you presented us; its faults, and flaws, but most of all the hope and good will presented in the characters. Dr. Samuel I honestly consider my favorite character. I saw a honest person who was doing his job when other lesser men may have fallen. I like that, strong willed characters who admit they are worried, afraid even, but more importantly; they ask for help when they need to which shows just how human they are.
I can't wait to see what you give us in the next chapter.
I give this story a full 9 out of 10.
Keep up the great work!
11/10 I would give more if the grammar was better, but I will automatically assume that you don't have an editor. The concept is great, though. Kind of like Five Score divided by Four
.........oh crap
mark seems like a softcore version of me mostly. i dont G.I.D. but he is almost the softcore version of me. creepy. like him i hide all my weaknesses and anything wrong with me. hell one time i went blind for a day. which apparently is very bad. as long as i get better its fine. once got the flu very badly when i was a kid and went to school any way. i am very good at hiding stuff.
