The anthological sequel to A Magic Turn of Events, The Little Curiosities, will come up in fewer than twelve hours if God is willing. Five very short (a thousand words or less) chapters have already been written down and I just have to polish up the last two. Updates will not come on a schedule but spontaneously.

So, when I write these days, I usually name the files according to chapter number. The first chapter is 001 - 00, the second's 002 - 00, and so on. (If you're wondering about the additional 00 at the end, it's a leftover from an older method of editing.)

For this last chapter, though, I named it 099 - 00. Why? Because, as I've said before, it's an anthology. It'll be the 19th chapter for a while, but if I add another one in, it'll be bumped up to become the 20th.

A Magic Turn of Events will end in mid-to-late November. Rest assured, I've thought of a good ending for it. At least, I think it's good. However, be reminded that I'll post the Conversion Bureau short story during its run, so expect a hiatus late September/early-to-mid October which is when I'll post its chapters.

If you've been paying super close attention, you may also notice that I didn't fix the indentation of the previous chapter within twelve hours though it's fixed now.

There are indent hiccups in the latest chapter. Currently, I can't really fix them since I'm on mobile, but I placed double spaces around the offending paragraphs as a stopgap. Should be fine for those who don't have their indentation set to "Both".

I'll fix it in the next 12 hours, when I have the time to access a computer without throwing anyone in a loop.
