So lest talk nasty mutant besties.
So lest talk nasty mutant besties.
This past few weeks, I decided to get into the two big fanfictions in this fandom: Past Sins and most recently, the titan that is Fallout: Equestria. Before reading this, I never really understood why this story had such a huge presence in our fandom. I had never played a Fallout game, so I used that as an excuse to not read it. I soon gave up on that idea, and like many others, began reading the epic.
Now, I can completely understand.
So, uh... Bethesda made a few announcements at E3. New Doom game looks cool, as does Dishonored 2. And then comes along the Fallout part...
Fairly accurate to my ever widening smile during that part.
This looks so fucking amazing.
-- You actually start before the war and get a peek of how America was at the time, something I've been wanting for a long ass time.
If you love Fallout Equestria and/or play Fallout New Vegas, then you'll want to hear what I'm going to say. There's a mod called Gardens of Equestria: This Coming Storm, and it can be found Nexus Mods and the Gardens of Equestria website. So far, what I got from it is that the whole set is supposed to be episodic like Life is Strange or Minecraft Story Mode and I've never been hyped up for a game since I've heard of Fallout 4 being released. I wouldn't know what's going on, seeing as I'm going
I have confusing and conflicting feelings about Fallout Equestria, and I can't yet decide how I really feel something that's part shakespearean comedy of errors and part Fallout 3 Let's Play, but my... favourite part? I mean, I don't like the part, personally speaking, but it's a part I feel is particularly notable. It's horrible and tragic and kinda funny in a messed-up sense. Anyway, the part in question is this particularly messed-up sequence of events:
Taking a moment to switch from Pariahs to The Lost Slave story. I plan to do 4 or 5 chapters and then switch back. Taking a different approach for the Lost Slave, Hope you all like it.
BTW. The Lost Slave is actually based on an FO:E PnP game I played with some friends. I had a lot of fun with it and I thought it would be fun to share what happened!
Again I do hope you enjoy the chapter, it was a fun one to wright.
Now onto the Thaumaturge Weapons!!!
Fizzy loves to give hugs, and now its weaponized with Foxspark!!!!!
For quite some time, I've used FiMFiction primarily to promote Gardens of Equestria. Being one of the premiere fiction sites related to MLP on the internet, knowing full well that there are an enormous amount of visitors a day and it being the origin of Fallout: Equetsria...well, it was a no-brainer.
I should probably read the original first!
Is anypony jealous? I'm experiencing the story for the first time. Don't you wish you could go back and have that experience again?
Oh look, Mirage ponies!, mor on them later.
burb man dose what a burb can.
