Now onto the Thaumaturge Weapons!!!

Sadly it's more backwards reasoning why Orthrus use these then just going back to simple balistics, or using direct energy guns. But I just want them to use them... Oh well... the excuse I used is of ammo efficiency, where Thaumaturge Weapons simply propel a bullet with magic then using an internal combustion of ballistics. so though the gun and magazine are expensive to make, the ammunition downright cheep to all hell. Actually the guns themselves aren't all that expensive to make, it's actually the magazine where their is a problem. But in the eye's of Orthrus, it balances out in the end, as over time they save far more in not needing to manufacture complex ammunition, and can easily stock up cheep and reliable ammunition.

The other flaw is a drop in power, but having a gun that can have 50 rounds in it, and a backup mag, if not two, most enemies would not survive the hailstorm of led or steal. Add devises made for reloading and recharging the mags, and enough spare ammo to reload a 1000 magazines. (Maybe more) any defensive position would be a nightmare for any attacker not in heavy armor.

Then add the Derecho, which fires bolts... ya even heavy armor will have a problem.

there will be more Thaumaturge Weapons, the rail guns, but I have yet to draw them. currently been drawing more lews stuff, but the rail guns are nest on my list for weapons. See how I can make them better looking. likely find a good gun to base them off of like with these guns.
