Do you want pony mobsters specifically? Because, Fluttershy's Bad "Hare" Day features some of the pets and a few other animals as a group of gangsters and is a real treat of a story.

Same thing goes for The Syndicate which ingeniously details all the pets' different positions if they were all involved in organized crime somehow.
